ACE certificate and logo will be awarded only after evaluation of the submitted event by our team of experts and potential external evaluator. Our team consists of academics with a vast amount ofexperience in organizing international academic events. The decision depends on the objective scientific and technical criteria included on the website.

We do reserve the right to ask the organizer for additional information and clarifications. Furthermore, as part of the evaluation process, ACE team might contact participants for testimonials when the event is repeatedly organized. These testimonials will be taken into consideration when deciding upon ACE certification.

TIME FRAMEWORK

Within 7 days after submission, a basic profile of the event will be created. The Organizers who will apply for evaluation will be requested to complete a questionnaire within 2 weeks. Two members of our committee will be assigned to evaluate the event using the data collected from the questionnaire within 4 weeks. The recommendations and the evaluation form of the experts will be sent to the ACE Steering committee for a decision. The committee may require additional data. The accepted event has the status of a certified event with a full profile, and the whole process will not last more than 2 months.

ACE certificate and logo is awarded only after the evaluation of the event by our team of experts.

The decision depends on objective scientific and technical criteria. Once your application is accepted, the ACE certificate and permission for the logo usage will be sent to your organization. 

Get involved – send your application and certify your conference with ACE 1 or ACE 2. Academic Conference Excellence 1 (ACE 1) addresses international academic events, while Academic Conference Excellence 2 (ACE 2) addresses national academic events.
